Eagle Systems does not discriminate based on age, gender, sexual orientation, race, color, national origin, religion, marital status, family responsibilities, political affiliation, veteran status, genetic information, medical condition, disability, non-job related characteristic, or any other legally protected status that does not prohibit performance of essential job functions. This policy applies to all the terms, conditions, and privileges of employment including, but not limited to: recruitment, hiring, probation, transfers, promotions, training, placement, employee development, compensation, benefits, educational assistance, social and recreation programs, employee facilities, leave of absences, terminations, layoffs, employment recalls, and/or retirement. An employee who feels he/she is a victim of discrimination shall report this to the Human Resources Department. Eagle Systems shall thoroughly investigate all complaints and take action on any justified complaint of discrimination. If the employee is not satisfied with the investigation or action taken, he/she may submit a written "letter of disapproval" to the Vice President of Human Resources to be placed in his/her employee file.
It is the responsibility of all Eagle Systems employees at all levels to fully support and adhere to the policies and objectives of equal employment opportunity.
Eagle Systems has developed and implemented a written Affirmative Action Program to support its commitment to the principle of equal employment opportunities and to achieve full participation of minorities, veterans, and women at all levels and in all segments of the work force. Results of the program are reviewed annually and are modified as necessary to achieve its stated objectives. Any violation of Eagle Systems Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Policies should be brought to the attention of the employee’s supervisor or the Vice President of Human Resources. Eagle Systems will investigate all reports of such conduct. Employees found in violation of the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Policies will be subject to the full range of disciplinary action. The Vice President of Human Resources will monitor and make reports on a periodic and continuing basis to both Senior Management and appropriate government entities as required.
Eagle Systems’ equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies and objectives also apply to its work with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and any other entity that is affiliated with Eagle Systems.
Eagle Systems prohibits retaliation of any form including harassment, intimidation, threat, coercion, or discrimination against any employee for being engaged in, or may have engaged in activities such as filing a discrimination complaint, assisting or participating in an investigation, compliance review or hearing, opposing any act or practice made unlawful, or exercising any other protected right in good faith under this policy. If after investigating any complaint of discrimination, Eagle Systems determines that the complaint is not bona fide, or the employee has provided false information regarding the complaint, disciplinary action may be taken against the individual who filed the complaint or furnished false information.
